SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

Soileater ships exclusively through USPS. By purchasing from Soileater, you acknowledge that Soileater is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please refer to your tracking number to get details on where your shipment is. If your package becomes lost or stolen during the shipping process or upon delivery please contact USPS to file a claim.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

 

If you don't receive the confirmation email, you may have input your email incorrectly.

Our standard order processing time is 12-48 hours. We pride ourselves with getting your order shipped as soon as possible. But we are a small company, so please be patient. 

Please be aware that we are active LEO owned, and as you may know that comes with an unpredictable schedule. The above processing times can change based on Call Outs, Mandatory Overtime and Scheduled Training Trips.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, please verify that the info listed on your customer account is accurate in addition to checking your spam folder and email filters. If no errors are found, it is likely that we did not receive your order and you should check your payment method or EMAIL: Dan@Soileater.com regarding the status of your order.
